Men's Wearhouse - West Bellfort Center
381,400 SF Automated Distribution Facility located in Southwest Houston. Work included 40,000 SF of Class A office built on a 16-Acre Site. Project was fast track utilizing design-build delivery. Special systems included fire alarm, UPS, and Standby Generator.
Diamond Beach Resort Condominium
Galveston's premier 5-star Mid-Rise Resort Condominium featuring Gulf views with 2, 3 and 4 bedroom Oceanfront Residences. The resort features a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool with waterslides and a 750 Ft. Lazy River.
Hotel Icon
A historic building transformation project that was completed in record time to accommodate the Super Bowl XXXVIII and festivities. Hotel included ball rooms, formal dining restaurant, and parking garage.
Vintage Park
380,000 SF lifestyle center located in Northwest Houston. Project incorporated over a thousand outdoor light fixtures including pole lighting, well lighting, wall sconces, flood lights, suspensions, and fountain lighting. A loop utility ductbank system was installed to provide power to the site that included 8 pad mount transformers.
